Developed an AI-integrated, emotionally expressive Metahuman security avatar for Knightsbridge Global Security’s control center. The system enables multilingual, context-aware interaction and task automation through natural speech.

Problem :
Knightsbridge Global Security aimed to modernize its visitor management and internal awareness systems with a digital representative. They needed an always-available, human-like avatar capable of handling conversations, providing real-time updates, and delivering a secure yet friendly face to their innovation and monitoring hub.
Solution :
I built a real-time Metahuman avatar in Unreal Engine, integrated with a custom AI backend featuring:
🔁 Long-term memory to recall previous queries.
🧠 Emotion simulation via animation triggers and tone detection.
🎙 Voice interaction through speech-to-text and NLP.
🔐 Secure information boundaries ensuring no confidential data leakage.
The avatar could respond to general queries, assist in internal communication tasks, and even help new recruits or visitors navigate company protocols. The interface included multilingual voice responses, dynamic facial animations, and personalized dialogue flow.
Challenge :
I was tasked with enabling the avatar to operate in a high-security environment, with seamless integration of speech recognition, memory recall, and visual communication. Achieving human-like responsiveness while maintaining strict data handling and emotional expressiveness was a key challenge.
We also had to ensure the avatar would remain context-aware over extended conversations, support bilingual interaction (Arabic/English), and operate reliably within an Unreal Engine-based kiosk interface.
Summary :
This AI avatar project marked a significant shift in how security companies can combine innovation with operational awareness. By embedding human-like emotional intelligence into a static kiosk, Knightsbridge Global Security now stands at the forefront of AI-driven public interfacing in secure environments.
