Problem :
Green Concrete Company aimed to enhance their innovation center with a modern, interactive AI solution that could engage and inform guests dynamically. They needed a system that could go beyond passive displays by offering personalized, intelligent interactions aligned with their corporate narrative.
Solution :
We created a real-time, AI-integrated Metahuman character in Unreal Engine, embedded within a physical kiosk. The character could greet guests, answer diverse questions, recall previous visitors using long-term memory, and adapt its communication based on context. Fully customizable, the system supports multilingual conversations and task handling—such as meeting scheduling and custom Q&A—making it a smart and scalable digital ambassador.
Challenge :
Key challenges included enabling seamless low-latency speech interaction, building memory recall functionality, and allowing emotional expression through animation. We implemented a hybrid AI stack combining NLP with long-term memory, custom triggers, and an emotion control system that changed the Metahuman’s facial expressions and tone dynamically—creating human-like interaction in a public setting.
